Airport Screening Site Supervisor - Roswell, NM

B O S Security, Inc. seeks a Site Supervisor to manage the Airport Passenger and Baggage Screening Operations at the Roswell Industrial Airport in Roswell, NM.

B O S is part of the Screening Partnership Program, under contract with the Transportation Security Administration to provide screening services at the Roswell Airport.  This is a unique opportunity to serve the federal government in a private sector role.

Responsibilities include:

1. Provides daily supervision/oversight of all operations at the airport including scheduling, implementation of SOP’s, insuring security effectiveness, insuring customer service, handling personnel issues, etc.
2. Acts as liaison with Airport Director on customer service issues
3. Acts as primary liaison with FSD & COTR on daily issues, changes in SOPs, etc.

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required
2. Experience as a Federal or Private Screener (TSO), LTSO, and STSO
3. Demonstrated understanding of all current TSA SOPs and demonstrated ability to quickly understand and implement new SOPs without supervision.
4. Supervisory experience preferred
5. Reside in or willing to relocate to Roswell, NM
